Contact us at howdy@texassnax.com to begin a claim if your package has not been delivered within our policy window (30 days), or if you have received your package and goods inside were damaged. Please provide photo evidence of the packaging and the damaged goods.
Note that packages which are marked as delivered by the carrier are not protected from theft or loss. We regard packages that are marked as delivered, as delivered. Contact the shipping carrier to begin an inquiry.
