Korean BBQ is the jerky we hand to people who say they don't really like jerky. It's sweet up front and savory underneath, with a sesame-and-ginger note that reminds us more of a Korean barbecue dinner than a gas station snack. It's also been one of our top-selling jerky flavors lately, so we're clearly not alone.

Honest notes. It leans sweet, so if you want a pepper kick, the Hill Country Peppered or "Old Western" Peppered is the better bet, and Ghost Pepper is waiting if you want to regret something.
