The Buc-ee's Collectible 1956 Ford F-100 Pickup is a red 1:24 scale die-cast model truck with the Buc-ee logo on the doors and Buc-ee the Beaver's face on the hood. It comes in a Classic Collectibles window box and is marked for ages 3 and up.

Texas Snax Take on Buc-ee's Collectible 1956 Ford F-100 Pickup

Classic truck people and Buc-ee's people overlap more than you'd think. This little F-100 is for anyone who has ever slowed down on the highway to look at an old pickup.

It's searched as the Buc-ee's toy truck, Buc-ee's die-cast truck, Buc-ee's F-100 or the Buc-ee's red pickup. It fits right in with the red pickup that shows up all over Buc-ee's artwork.

Honest notes: this is a display model at heart. The box says ages 3 and up, but small parts mean we'd keep it away from the youngest kids and the family dog, and we'd treat it as a shelf piece rather than a sandbox toy. We'd also leave it in the window box, since the box art is half the charm.

For a dad, a granddad or the classic-car guy at the office, it's an easy gift that doesn't need batteries, assembly or an explanation.
