H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Seasoning is a spice blend made with sea salt, sold in a 5.75 oz (163 g) shaker bottle. Use it on chicken for fajitas, or on fish and other meats.

Texas Snax Take on H-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning

Fajita night is the easiest dinner party in Texas: a hot skillet, warm tortillas, and everybody builds their own. This shaker takes care of the chicken part.

People look for it as H-E-B chicken fajita seasoning, HEB fajita seasoning, or Texas Originals chicken fajita. If you're doing beef, H-E-B Beef Fajita Seasoning is the sibling for skirt steak.

Honest notes. It's made with sea salt, so go easy if you're also using a salty marinade, and taste as you go. Season the chicken ahead of time if you can; even half an hour in the fridge helps. We also like it on shrimp, peppers and onions, and on scrambled eggs the next morning with any leftover fajita meat. A squeeze of lime at the end never hurt anybody.
