Buc-ee's Cooler Bag

Not every outing needs a hard cooler. Sometimes you just want cold drinks for the soccer game, a lunch that stays chilled and handles you can throw over a shoulder.

People search for this as the Buc-ee's cooler bag, Buc-ee's insulated tote, Buc-ee's lunch bag or Buc-ee's soft cooler. The black and yellow is easy to pick out of a pile of bags at a crowded park.

What we like: it's a tote first, so it doubles as the bag for frozen groceries on the way home, and it's easier to keep in the trunk than a bulky cooler.

Honest notes: an insulated tote won't hold ice for a weekend camping trip the way a hard cooler does. For a full day at the lake, add ice packs and keep it in the shade. For bigger hauls, the 24-Pack Cooler or the Dockside Backpack Cooler are the better fits. For a picnic, a ballgame or a long lunch break, this is plenty.
