Texas Snax Take on Buc-ee's Chili Chees'N Crackers

Cheese crackers are great. Cheese crackers with a little chili kick are better. These are the kind of snack that quietly disappears from the coffee table while everyone's still deciding what to watch.

People search for them as Buc-ee's chili cheese crackers, Buc-ee's spicy cheese crackers, or Chili Chees'N. They're part of a cracker lineup that also includes Ranch'N, Sizzl'N and Garlic Parmesan.

Honest notes. In our opinion the chili flavor adds warmth more than fire, so most spice-shy snackers will be fine. A 6 oz bag is more than one person should eat in a sitting, but nobody's counting. Pour them into a bowl with Chili Lime Peanuts and pretzels for an easy party mix. They're also great crumbled on top of a bowl of chili. Obviously.
