Buc-ee's Foam Football Red/Yellow

Thanksgiving afternoon has two traditions: football on TV and football in the yard. This ball is for the second one, the game where nobody keeps score and grandpa plays all-time quarterback.

People search for it as the Buc-ee's football, the Buc-ee's foam football, or a Buc-ee's kids football. The red and yellow make it easy to find in the grass at dusk, which is when every backyard game seems to go on longest.

Honest notes. Foam is forgiving, so a dropped pass to the face is a laugh, not a cry. That's the main reason to buy it. It won't spiral like a leather ball, and on a gusty day it'll drift, so keep your routes short. It's light enough for little hands, which makes it a good first football. For teens who want to throw deep, it'll feel like a toy. At the beach, the park or the living room on a rainy day, it's great. And if the kids get bored, the Foam Baseball is the off-season backup.
