Buc-ee's Round Cheese Board

Charcuterie boards took over a few years ago, and Texans responded the only way they know how: by adding brisket. This board is ready for either.

Buc-ee the Beaver engraved in the middle is the conversation starter, and the sunken ring around him is where the crackers go. It's searched as the Buc-ee's cutting board, the Buc-ee's charcuterie board, the Buc-ee's cheese board, or the Buc-ee's serving board.

Our tip: pile something on the raised center, like a wheel of brie or a stack of jerky, and fill the ring with crackers and pickles. Honest notes: at about a foot across, it's a small-party board, not a feed-the-whole-tailgate platter. It's hand wash only, and like any wood board, a little food-safe oil now and then keeps it looking nice. We'd call it a serving piece first and a cutting board second, since knife marks across Buc-ee's face would be a shame.
