Buc-ee Goes to School is a hardcover picture book by Katherine Aplin that follows Buc-ee the Beaver on a day at school. Colorful illustrations make it a fit for young readers and read-aloud time.

Texas Snax Take on Buc-ee's Goes To School - Childrens Book

Buc-ee the Beaver is a lot of things to a lot of people, and in this book he's a kid with a backpack and a big day ahead. That's a smart angle for a picture book, because nearly every little reader has been there.

Parents search for it as the Buc-ee's children's book, the Buc-ee's kids book, or Buc-ee Goes to School. It's by Katherine Aplin, and it sits nicely next to the Buc-ee's ABC Book on a young fan's shelf.

The honest note: it's a read-aloud picture book, best for preschool and early elementary, not chapter-book kids. Read it the night before the first day of school, or keep it in the car for the drive. It also makes a sweet gift for a teacher who has a Buc-ee's fan or two in class. Fair warning: little readers may start asking to stop at Buc-ee's on the way to school.
