Green Chile Chicken Noodle is the one we hand to people who find regular chicken noodle soup a little boring. It tastes like somebody squeezed lime over the bowl before serving, which, honestly, more soups should do.

Honest notes. Green chiles bring plenty of flavor, and the heat seems gentle to us, but spice-shy eaters should taste first. Since it's broth-based rather than creamy, it's lighter than Creamy Poblano or Fiesta. Top it with avocado and a little cilantro if you have some, or crumble in tortilla chips for crunch. It's the soup we'd pick when it's still 85 degrees in November and you want soup anyway.
