The Buc-ee's Fresh Brisket on the Board Apron is a red bib apron printed to look like a wood cutting board, with the Buc-ee the Beaver logo above "FRESH BRISKET ON THE BOARD!" It has a black neck strap and waist ties, and it's a good gift for whoever runs the smoker.

Texas Snax Take on Buc-ee's Fresh Brisket on the Board Apron

If you've ever stood at the Buc-ee's barbecue counter and heard someone shout "Fresh brisket on the board!", you already know why this apron exists. It's the battle cry of the Texas road trip, printed on something you can wear to the smoker.
