Buc-ee's Caribou Fishing Twill Shorts are tan-brown twill shorts with slash front pockets, a slim slot pocket on the right leg and a small Buc-ee's logo tab on the back pocket. Men's waist sizes 32 to 42.

Texas Snax Take on Buc-ee's Caribou Fishing Twill Shorts

Every dad needs one pair of shorts that can handle the boat ramp, the hardware store and Sunday lunch at the barbecue joint. These are those shorts, with a small Buc-ee's tab that only fellow fans will notice.

They're searched as Buc-ee's fishing shorts, Buc-ee's men's shorts, or Buc-ee's twill shorts. The leg slot pocket is our favorite detail: pliers on the dock, a phone at the ballpark.

Honest notes. These go by waist size, so check the tag on your favorite pair before choosing. Twill doesn't stretch like athletic shorts, so if you're between sizes, go up. The Caribou tan hides dirt pretty well, which anyone who has cleaned a catfish will appreciate. Pair them with a Buc-ee's tee and one of the Adult Boonie Bucket Hats for the full lake look. They're an easy Father's Day gift, and one he'll actually wear.
